I have worked with KJA artists for 7 years now and have always found them to be professional, helpful and conscientious. They have produced some fabulous artworks for us which have featured in acclaimed titles such as ‘Human’ and ‘The Human Body Book’.

KJA and team Sanders delivered beyond our expectations. The executions are stunning. They were able to “fill in the gaps” when the CAD information was lacking. They created major elements like the landing gear out of thin air. They listened, responded, and over delivered.

I look like a hero for picking the right team. And the job was on budget and on time. Needless to say, I’ll be back for more.

KJA artists have become an invaluable external supplier of high quality illustration work, complementing Claessens International own, in-house illustrators. The ease, to which KJA artists undertake and cost a job, makes the commission of an illustration a very simple exercise.

Kevin and his team did a great job while working on The Sports Book, a detailed sports title with over 1,200 artworks. Our high standards were maintained, briefs were followed and deadlines met. I will happily recommend KJA and consider them for future projects.

This was an extremely tricky job because the Bubba character had to be very faithful to the way he appears in the games – but also to look right in the disco setting we had photographed. I think the illustrator has pulled it off, with excellent modelling and careful attention to the subtleties of our lighting.

During this meeting I briefed Kevin on a project (a very complex project, at that) with a tight deadline.
It’s now Thursday, the work is complete. Not only is it complete, but it meets and exceeds my expectations. It’s exactly what I was looking for.

We had another very different piece commissioned and that, again, was spot on. I reached out to Jon through Kevin at KJA Artists to do a cover for our Local Living weekly section. Both Jon and Kevin were delightful and easy to work with. Jon’s illustration was beautiful and compelling and lit up the cover with what might have been a boring subject matter: biota that lives in the soil of your garden. He created a universe of creatures that brought to mind a spectacular outer space vision. I would gladly recommend this artist and his agency (KJA)and look forward to working with them both in the future.

KJA artist Rob, was briefed to produce a suite of technical product icons with very little reference and even less of steer as to the required style. Rob accepted the challenge and produced illustrations that exceeded my expectations in both quality and speed of turnaround. Rob handled the inevitable ‘feedback’ efficiently and with good humour. We commissioned KJA and their artist Mike to create a challenging and complex illustration for a limited edition, high-value book cover for an international market. Not only did the project have a narrow production window but was married to a brief that not only had stringent technical requirements but also had to contain content of a sensitive religious nature. KJA & Mike exceeded our expectations in understanding and realising our brief and were very accommodating with the detailing that had to be undertaken in order to convey underlying messages within the illustration.
