At a young age Mark became interested in drawing and painting, going on to study art & design in England. He developed a keen interest producing highly detailed illustrations and is passionate about natural history.

Mark advanced these skills while studying scientific illustration.
Now living in picturesque south west Scotland, Mark works from his studio, on designs based mostly upon the natural world, which are then injected with imagination and fun

Marks work has been reproduced all over the world for jigsaw puzzles, games, posters, books and wall murals.
