Joe was born in the USA and took to art at a very young age. Throughout his childhood, Joe developed his skills and creativity by drawing super hero characters.

He has worked as freelance illustrator and storyboard artist for various production companies. Joe's primary inspirations for his fantasy and science fiction creations are comic book artists such as Walt Simonson, Todd Mcfarlane, Frank Miller and Jim Lee.
